In 2006, Tap&Go locking technology, as an innovative floor joint technology, was independently developed by Yekalon Industry, Inc. It enables the up hook and low hook join more tightly in vertically locking rather than horizontally locking. Yekalon (Hubei) Jiufangyuan Panels Co., Ltd. which is part of Yekalon Group, has an advanced production line of MDF and HDF products with the capacity of over 500,000 cubic meters per year. After peeling, cutting, boiling, drying, milling, lying, pressing, polishing and trimming, the panel products would be professionally packaged and stored in the warehouse.

Ourlaminate floorings are produced by Yekalon (Hubei) Wood Products Co., Ltd., which has an annual production capacity of more than 6 million square meters. MDF and HDF products, produced by Yekalon (Hubei) Jiufangyuan Panels Co., Ltd,would be processed through laminating, cutting, cooling down, profiling, filming, waxing. After packing, the flooring products could be well stored in our warehouse
